I've been working out for about a year.. I can see incredible improvement everywhere except my shoulders. People comment on how big my back/chest/arms got but not my shoulders. People say I need to work on shoulders more so I think its noticeable. The thing is I workout really hard in the gym when I do shoulders yet see no significant improvement. What can I do? I think my physique is really shaping up but my shoulders are holding me back.
