Hi Everyone! I am a 22 yr. old guy and i want some fitness tips. for a beginner in building a fit body.?
Though i am 22 yrs old, i still look like a school boy. I look matured from face but not body. My height is also short, just 5' 5". i know i might not be able to increase my height but i need to build up some chest, shoulders and biceps to look a little more fit and sporty. I am done with my graduation and think i have ample of time to work on my physique. here gyms do not provide a physical trainer so before joining a regular gym i want to start some body building excercises on my own. please suggest me some regular step by step excercises to build up Chest, shoulders and byceps and gain some mass. please also suggest me some diet tips and drinks that i can have for an effective growth.?? wish to seek quick responses.
