How can i 'hack' an email?

i am a complete moron, to be blunt, and i use a different password for everything i use. i don't want this info for malicious purposes, basically, i want to just hack myself!! i did write everything down, but i can't find my list now!!! i'm sick and tired of going through the email process when i can't remember which email i used and blah blah blah, is there a way to hack myself to figure out wtf i did? ....btw, from now on, i'm changing my stuff and getting a new hopefully permanent book .... ginseng doesn't work for memory, don't buy it.
