How much will i lose!! Personal experiences ONLY!!?
This is my second day of fasting from food.. I drink green tea w/ginseng and water... If I feel hungry I eat crackers.. FIRST off I've done a lot of research about fasting (not to mention I'm in school for nursing)--on here though I see a lot of ppl who say ull die, don't do it, its unhealthy Annnnnnd if your one of those ppl don't leave no comment..! It is scientifically proven that its good to fast.. And if u have common sense ud think about the crap we eat, how we feel after, and what we look like after.. Then ud wonder what would happen if we cleansed our bodys from those things what could actually happen.. And u talk about the side effects but that's with everything that u withdraw from so its not the reason u shouldnt fast..I'm no genius I just hate ppls ignorant comments on something they know absolutely know nothing about! And if I'm missing something let me know... I'm open.. But I won't lie like most ppl either I'm doin it to lose weight and cleanse my body as a start of a healthy eating lifestyle.. I'm on day 2 of 85.. How much weight you think ill lose by day 85? With no exercise<--only because I'm not trying to put to much stress on my body..
