I've a thin physique and wish to start workout. need advice?

you can train when ever you want, just find a 24 hr gym. I would always recommend to eat at least 1 hour before training, your body will reflect your choice in performance during your work out so pick something smart like 2 scoops of a good whey protein or a food that has protein, good fats, and crabs but i would always tell some one to use whey protein 1 hour before workout. you should start off with ONE workout every THREE days, so that's work out take 2 days off then go on the third day. Start with basic compound exercises ( I.E. bench press, dumbbell curl, dead lift, ) but if your serious i would hook up with a trainer at the gym who should set u up with a work out plan that fits your experience and goals.
