Is Arizona green tea good for sore throat?

I have a sore throat for quite a while because I have a fever that keeps going up and down, I bought Arizona green tea because my coughing is getting annoying, I know honey is good for sore throat but it says arizona green tea has honey and ginseng in it. Will it help me cure my sore throat and coughing?
