Plz help me with my physique?

Gold Stantard Natural mix with some water in shaker. Take preferably sometime after. I mean I like to eat a hamburger afterwards but skip the fries. Before my workouts I like to get alittle caffined up before like I might drink a cola, dr. pepper or maybe even one redbull. I drink alot of these drinks at times yeah Im addicted but Im still healthy because I eat right and workout. Always bring a bottle water with you to the gym. Many guys in the gym will bring a redbull or cola in there and drink during workout and yeah its been proven that it does send energy to the body even the muscles. Ultimatley too much sugar and bad calories are not that great on the human body. So try to limit these. When Im in the gym I only usually do 1,2, or rarely 3 sets ok. Light to medium light weight. At the most I go medium weight because I never go heavy. Obviously I can go heavy but its risking injury. Once your built enough you just naturally stay built all the time like me becasue you have trained these muscles so much threw time. You must take three days rest in between though. Always start of lightest then maybe move up a bit on weight during the set. Never get over confident becasue we have good days and bad days in there. Look into getting the book called Getting Stronger by Bill Pearl. Also Strength Training Anatomy by Fredriek Delevier. I mean I also like to have a hot white chocolate mocha from Starbucks once in a while. Since my family doesnt want alcohaul around when I want to calm down Ill have a Lipton Instant decaff ice tea that relaxes me. I just saying everything in moderation.
