Would you be skeptical of someone who wants to move fast?

i'd stay skeptical until she has done something to make you feel the same for her...if you were my age i'd say go for it but you're still pretty young to be tied down to an "instant family" it won't be long until she wants you paying for her kids clothes and such...i'd tell her that she's a great girl and that you like her very much but needs to take things slower so you need her to slow her roll a bit...see what she says...if she says she's not getting any younger and she needs help with the kid and all of that then i'd bounce unless you're sincerely ready to be a father to a kid that's not yours...trust me, your priorities begin to change in the next 5 years...but for right now, i'd stall from being tied down to just her at 23
