College boy needs help with focus and life in general.?
I've recently kicked my addiction to coffee and basically caffeine in general, but now I'm scattered more than ever. I blame any typos on that. I've been trying different teas, ginseng, etc. but nothing seems to make me feel awake and focused. I've tried 5 hour energy too! I'm a night owl, so unfortunately I go to bed late every night (no matter how tired I feel). I just feel heavily fatigued all of the time. I go to college, so this does not make for good study habits. I can't read my books because I cannot concentrate, but this may be another problem. I miss coffee, but I took my addiction to the extreme. I don't know what to do. With coffee, I actually felt like writing, reading, and being productive, but now I feel like a I'm trapped in tragedy. Please give me advice, someone!
