Eating lemons to help with anxiety/ any natural remedies?
I read that eating lemons and the rind help with anxiety. I'm on klonopin, citalopram, and metoprolol to help with my anxiety for a severe panic/anxiety/derealization attack I had last summer. I've been taking the anit depressants ever since and they work for the most part but I'm looking for some more natural ways to help when I have anxiety. It seems a week or to before my period comes on I experience anxiety, not as bad as it was last summer but still annoying just the same..My medication keeps me calm but the anxiety is still there then it wears off around the time my period starts or during it then i'm fine again. I also take good day supplements,fish oil vitamins, and flax seeds. I want to start drinkin green tea with ginseng because I read it was good for anxiety.
