How to develop a flat tummy?
Jogging is certainly good exercise, but it doesnt target the abs. It will mainly help you with your legs and your endurance. If you want a flat stomach, you need to do exercises for that target area. For example, crunches and bicycles are very good exercises for your abs. Also, lay on thr floor with you back as flat as possible, stick your legs up in the air, and slowly move them from side to side. This is also a great exercise. Im sure you could find many more if you search the internet. The examples I gave are very easy to do and you can do them while youre watching tv or something. But just make sure you are eating healthy also, because exercise alone isnt going to do it. Good luck!
