What can I do to improve my workout routine?

No, I really can't give you professional advice. But, if it works don't fix it. It sounds like it going good for you. I notice a gram of protein for every pound you weigh, bodybuilders do that and more even. Creatine and glutamine they also take. Many bodybuilders will train a body part once a week and thats all. You could add more sets and get more of a pump if your looking for definition, or use more weight and less reps for power. You could Google this question, and youtube will give you more ideas on training methods. You could add more waist excersizes, I do about 10 different excersizes for abs, it will develope your abs, watch youtube videos to get ideas about waist excersizes.
