Whats the fanciest hotel in Las Vegas with a good pool?

My friend and I are staying at Planet Hollywood, but we plan on going hotel and pool shopping. We've been to the Miami Hard Rock and we like pools like that best. Not the square kind. Whats the fanciest hotel that's a must have for pool hopping, in a bathing suit and cover up?
